I like to get right to treatment during our sessions and provide skilled manual therapy techniques that you cannot perform at home on your own. Depending on what you specifically need, some of the manual therapy I often use are listed below:
Over the years I have found dry needling to be a great tool in treating trigger points, improving muscle integrity, decreasing pain and helping to break negative feedback loops. I have found dry needling coupled with manual therapy and corrective exercises to really help patients in reaching their goals.
Our bodies can develop postural imbalances that lead to pain and injury. Corrective exercises are provided after diagnosising these imbalances during your PT session and designed to fit your specific postural and movement needs.
