First, If you are curious but hesitant and want to know more, I recommend setting up a free consulation.
Second, if you want to move forward working together, we will set up an initial evaluation.
After scheduing your initial evaluation, you will receive an intake form in your email to gather information prior to your first visit.
At your first visit, you are welcome to arrive early and get comfy in the waiting room in the Back 2 Basics office.
We will then go into a private treatment room, where we jump right in. I will continue to ask questions to get the full story as well as your specific needs and goals. I will then take you through a full examination. We will discuss the findings and jump right into treatment on day 1. Together, we will develop a plan of care that works for you.
You will then receive a follow up email with corrective exercises to complete between our visits as well as a detailed email to explain the findings from your examination and our game plan going forward.
I recommend loose fiting clothes that allow you to move around as well as allow me to get to the area we are treating.

The insurance based system (also known as in-network physical therapy) is when insurance companies have a direct relationship with physical therapy providers. Due to this nature of this relationship, several barriers to exceptional care can develop including high patient volume, decreased 1-1 attention, short duration appointments and the inability to treat multiple issues.
This is why I've chosen to provide "out-of-network" physical therapy in my practice; meaning insurance companies are not directly involved in your care.
I have found that this model allows for greater freedom to carry out your care in a way that prioritizes your specific needs and goals.
Ultimately, this helps you feel better faster, often resulting in fewer sessions and often times saving money in the long run. You pay for your sessions at the time of appointment and, when requested, I will provide you with a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance company to learn more about your specific out-of-network benefits for physical therapy services.
I accept all credit card, debit cards, cash, checks, venmo, HSA and FSA accounts.
I ask that you give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50.
Thank you for contacting me.
My aim is to be back in touch with you within 48 hours.
I am committed to helping you in any way I can.
